OLY（/ˌoʊɛlˈwaɪ/ OH-el-WY[1]），由世界奥林匹克运动员协会颁发予曾经参与奥林匹克运动会的运动员的头衔，成立于2017年[2][3]，是缀于该运动员姓名之后的一组字母，亦是对运动员的成就的一种肯定。世界奥林匹克运动员协会主席乔尔·布祖在接受网媒访问时表示：“是时候认识到成为一名奥运选手就像成为一名博士（PhD）一样。 这需要10年的努力，你学会了坚持、平等和公平竞技。 你是整个社会的榜样。”[4]。
