核糖体的A位点（英语：A-site,A for aminoacyl）是蛋白质转译过程中带有胺基酸的tRNA分子的结合位点。[1]A位点是tRNA在蛋白质合成过程中结合的第一个位点，另外两个位点是P位点（peptidyl）和E位点（exit）。
