麦卡锡岛（英语：MacCarthy Island）是西非国家冈比亚的岛屿，由中河区负责管辖，位于该国东部冈比亚河下游离河口处约272公里，岛上城市詹詹布雷是全国第二大城市，该国最大的监狱建于岛上。
