首相（英文：Chancellor, Marshall, Empress, Rook–Knight compound) ，是国际象棋变体中的一种常见的仙灵棋子，缩写以C或RN表示，图像以上端为马、下端为车合并，移动如国际象棋的马、或车的走法[1]，在西洋大象棋、卡帕布兰卡象棋、土耳其大象棋、棋组制象棋等都有出现。
