头胸部

头胸部（cephalothorax）是许多节肢动物的一个体段，包括相连的头部和胸部，与腹部截然相别。^[1] 术语"cephalothorax"一词来自希腊语κεφαλή（头部，kephalé）和θώραξ（胸部，thórax）。^[2] 最常见于螯肢亚门和甲壳亚门的生物身上，在其他诸如六足亚门生物身上头胸依旧是分离的。^[1] 鲎和许多甲壳亚门动物的头胸部都有甲壳覆盖。^[3]
