阿勒曼尼亚（Alamannia或Alemannia）是曾经由日耳曼民族中的阿勒曼尼人居住的地区。他们在三世纪从美因河盆地不断扩张，并且袭击了罗马各省，并于四世纪开始在莱茵河左岸定居。西班牙语中的Alemania和法语中的Allemagne表示德国，皆是来自对该地区的称呼。
