贾拉拉格西区（索马利亚语：Degmada Jalalaqsi）是索马利亚的一个区，位于该国中部的希兰州[1]，北与布洛布尔德区相邻，南与中谢贝利州乔哈尔区相邻、东与中谢贝利州阿达雷区相邻，东北隅与中谢贝利州阿丹雅巴勒区相邻。首府为贾拉拉格西。
