猪颈肉(英语:Pork jowl),又称猪面肉槽头肉肉青,是的面颊至下颚之间带有脂肪层的肉[1],每只猪只有两块,肉质肥中带瘦,粗糙而带有韧性,吃起来爽脆又有弹性,而且肉味浓厚,又有油份。不过因为这个部位的韧性较大,如切得太厚,便会太韧,不易咀嚼,所以一般会切成薄片[2]

食用

猪颈肉由于带有脂肪,又有韧性,通常会被切成薄片,适合烤、煎等方式烹调[3]
