西门·休斯（英语：Simon Hughes，1951年5月17日—）是一位英格兰政治人物，他的党籍是自由民主党。在1983年至2015年，他担任柏孟塞和老萨瑟克选区选出的英国下议院议员[1]。他是全英国第一位公布自己双性恋身份的议员。
