叶北华（1907年2月2日—1987年12月5日），1930年代中华民国国家足球队代表队成员，司职左翼，外号“飞将军”、“穿花蝴蝶”。
生平
祖籍广东惠阳，1909年生于香港。[1]另有指1907年生于惠阳，8岁时来港。[2]1924年，加盟香港南华足球队，最初被安排在乙组队上阵。2年后被提拔升上一队。1930年，获邀转投广州警察足球队。他曾参加第九、第十届远东运动会及1936年柏林奥运。
挂靴后，担任足球教练和体育教师。1973年，任广东省足球协会副主席。1987年12月5日，因心脏病发逝世。[2]
