圣哈辛托县（英语：San Jacinto County）是美国德克萨斯州东南部的一个县。面积1,626平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口22,246人。县治冷泉（Coldspring）。
成立于1870年8月13日，县政府于12月1日成立。县名纪念决定德克萨斯革命的圣哈辛托之役（战场于圣哈辛托河哈里斯县段，河名因多风信子而来）[1]。
