考李留斯·雷恩新闻奖（The Cornelius Ryan Award）由美国海外记者俱乐部（英语：Overseas Press Club）颁发给在国际议题上杰出的非虚构写作作者，获得此文学奖的基本资格为颁奖的前一年于美国出版、由美国公司出版或是散发给美国人读者的书籍[1]，并经由同为从事新闻业的成员所组成的评审团选出得奖人，而得奖人将会收到得奖证书及1000美元。

考李留斯·雷恩新闻奖为现今25个由“美国海外记者俱乐部”在他们年度的颁奖晚宴(通常于4月举办)中颁发给杰出的新闻工作者的奖项之一[2]。而此奖名字源于作家考李留斯·雷恩，他也曾两度获得这项与他同名的奖项（最长的一日、夺桥遗恨）[3]
