王懋，修武人。明朝官吏、进士出身。
生平
永乐二十二年（1424年），其中进士，为海丰县知县。后超擢为西安知府，有政绩声望[1]。正统十年（1445年），朝廷考核官吏，杨瓒与叶锡、赵亮等人以“治行卓异”得到保荐[2][3]。
