犹太人饮食是指分布在世界各地犹太人的饮食文化。犹太人的饮食文化经过了多个世纪的变化,有犹太教中对饮食的规定和犹太节日、安息日传统塑造而成,犹太人饮食文化受定居地经济、农业和烹饪传统的影响,在世界各地广泛变化。典型的犹太人食品有哈拉面包等。
因为宗教原因,犹太人不吃猪肉和贝壳类食物,所有肉类必须跟踪仪式屠宰,奶类制品不可与肉类一同煮食[1]。
