泡沫反转录病毒亚科（Spumaretrovirinae），又译作泡沫逆转录病毒亚科 是反转录病毒科底下的一个亚科。 下有一属：

明称来源：
Spuma：从拉丁文spuma，泡沫;灭火泡沫;(马等的)大汗(foam)
病毒在培养时产生汗沫而得名，感染牛科、猫科、猿猴类的融合病毒，人和猿猴的泡沫病毒，其形状和性质与反转录病毒类似，但不诱发肿瘤，引起持续无症状感染成为融合细胞。
