历史法学派的哲学宣言（英语：The Philosophical Manifesto of the Historical School of Law）是德国政治哲学家卡尔·马克思在1842年写的手稿，他首次在1842年8月9日发表了关于婚姻的章节，但是随后该刊物便因为审查而中断出版，一直到1927年时完整的文章才正式发表[1]。
