栉足蛛科（Ctenidae），亦作栉蛛科，是蛛形纲新蛛亚目狼蛛总科下的一个科。
栉足蛛科旧称游蛛科，原来单指今时游蛛属的生物，但现时扩展至其他栉足蛛科的生物。但与游蛛属生物不同的是：除了游蛛属生物以外，其他栉足蛛科生物并没有攻击性，而且身体上亦未必有毒液，因为我们对其认识还很少，所以未知是否所有成员均有毒，面对它们时我们应该谨慎对待。栉足蛛科生物有一个独特的纵沟，位于其后部的椭圆形甲壳的顶部[1]（其他一些蜘蛛也有类似的凹槽，例如Amaurobiidae）。
