栉足蛛科(Ctenidae),亦作栉蛛科,是蛛形纲新蛛亚目狼蛛总科下的一个科。
栉足蛛科旧称游蛛科,原来单指今时游蛛属的生物,但现时扩展至其他栉足蛛科的生物。但与游蛛属生物不同的是:除了游蛛属生物以外,其他栉足蛛科生物并没有攻击性,而且身体上亦未必有毒液,因为我们对其认识还很少,所以未知是否所有成员均有毒,面对它们时我们应该谨慎对待。栉足蛛科生物有一个独特的纵沟,位于其后部的椭圆形甲壳的顶部[1](其他一些蜘蛛也有类似的凹槽,例如Amaurobiidae)。
