樊恭煦（1843年—20世纪？），字介轩[1]，浙江省杭州府仁和县（今浙江省杭州市）人，清朝官员、进士出身。
同治元年，乡试中举。同治十年，登进士，改庶吉士。同治十三年，授翰林院编修，后任国史馆纂修。光绪二年，任丙子科顺天乡试同考官。光绪五年，任陕西学政。光绪九年，任右春坊右赞善。次年，任左春坊左赞善。光绪十年，任右春坊右中允、左春坊左中允、日讲起居注官[2]。光绪十二年，任文渊阁校理。光绪十三年，任翰林院侍讲学士、会典馆总纂[2]。光绪十四年，任广东学政[3]。光绪三十四年，任江苏提学使[4]。宣统元年，任苏州布政使[5]。
