杨徽之（921年—1000年），字仲猷，建州浦城（今属福建）人。
世代习武，至父辈杨澄时才开始读书。幼时刻苦读书，酷好吟咏，与同乡江文蔚、江为齐名。曾官翰林侍读与侍讲学士。藏书甚富，死后赠予外孙宋绶。
