杨素蕴，字筠湄[1]、筠眉[2]、筠碧[3]、芳臣[4]、退庵[5]，号退菴[1]，陕西省延安府宜君县（今陕西省铜川市宜君县）人，清朝政治人物、同进士出身。
生平
顺治九年（1652年）壬辰科进士，授直隶东明知县[6]。顺治十七年，任四川道试监察御史[7]。顺治十八年，任四川川北道。康熙十四年，任郧襄道[8]。康熙十七年，任下荆南道。康熙二十一年，任山西提学道。康熙二十四年，任通政使司参议、奉天府府丞。康熙二十六年，任顺天府府尹、右副都御史[9]。康熙二十六年，升任安徽巡抚。次年升任湖广巡抚[6]。
著作
著有《见山楼集》、《见山楼诗集》。
