新光大戏院（Strand Theatre），是上海市的一座历史建筑，位于宁波路586号，竣工于1930年。建筑外观是装饰风艺术风格，由哈沙德洋行设计、杨瑞记营造厂施工。1994年，这座建筑进行大规模翻新，并更名为新光影艺苑。这座建筑是上海市第四批优秀历史建筑[1]。
