托马斯县（英语：Thomas County，简称TH）是美国堪萨斯州西北部的一个县。面积2,784平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口7,639人。县治科尔比（Colby）。
成立于1873年3月6日，1885年10月8日县政府成立。县名纪念生于维吉尼亚州，但在美国内战中仍然效忠于联邦的乔治·亨利·托马斯将军。[1]
