生平
戴璐为乾隆二十八年（1763年）癸未科二甲进士，分部学习后任工部都水司主事[1]，历升员外郎、郎中，乾隆四十五年（1780年）任湖广道监察御史[2]，升给事中，鸿胪寺、光禄寺少卿。致仕后担任扬州梅花书院山长。嘉庆十一年（1806年）卒。
著作
著有《锦江脞记》12卷、《藤阴杂记》12卷以及《吴兴诗话》16卷。
