性单恋（英语：lithromantic）[1]，是无浪漫倾向谱系（aromantic spectrum）的一支。[2]指对某人产生好感，却不希望从对方获得情感回应的人。因此，这类族群的恋爱情结可能会因对方做了情感回应而消失。性单恋的成因可能跟依附理论中的逃避型依附及混乱型依附有关。
