岛根半岛（日语：島根半島／しまねはんとう Shimane hantō */?）为岛根县东北部面向日本海的半岛。西起出云市大社的日御碕，东至松江市美保关的地蔵崎，东西宽65公里、南北长15－20公里。半岛上有众多渔港，也是日本百大秘境之一。
