戴维·哈凯特·苏特（英语：David Hackett Souter，1939年9月17日—），前美国最高法院大法官，自1990年出任美国最高法院大法官直至于2009年6月29日退休。他是由共和党总统乔治·H·W·布什所提名，以接替退休的小威廉·布伦南。苏特历经威廉·伦奎斯特和约翰·罗伯茨两位首席大法官。

苏特虽然是由共和党总统提名，但苏特在1990年代后作出的投票判决大多倾向自由派。2009年5月1日苏特向总统巴拉克·奥巴马提出辞职，其后奥巴马提名自由派的索尼娅·索托马约尔接替他。
