圣诞蛋糕（英语：Christmas cake）是英国、爱尔兰和许多英联邦国家在圣诞节时吃的水果蛋糕。在日本，人们习惯在平安夜吃圣诞蛋糕，通常由一块简单松糕，糖霜与奶油构成，用草莓和圣诞巧克力或其它季节性水果糕点装饰。
