古西涅市镇（蒙特内哥罗语：Opština Gusinje），是蒙特内哥罗的24个市镇之一，位于该国东北部，行政中心为古西涅，2011年人口4,027，波士尼亚克人和阿尔巴尼亚人分别占居民四成。
