口咽癌（英文：Oropharyngeal cancer）是头颈癌的一种。肿瘤通常于软腭与舌骨水平之间原发，包括舌根、软腭、扁桃体、咽侧、咽后壁及会厌。占头颈部癌症中约10-15%[1]。若长期吸烟、酗酒、嗜食槟榔等，容易患得[2] 。香港每年二万多宗癌病中，鼻咽癌有九百多宗，占全部的3.8%，男性发病率比女性高。[3]香港中文大学医学院研究指出香港每5名口咽癌患者中有一人是HPV病毒感染者。专家估计，口咽癌患者有机会从口交途径感染病毒。[4][5]
