原产国（Country of origin）又称原产地，是产品的一种属性，指的是产品是在哪些国家生产、制造、设计的，或是产品品牌的来源国家[1]。若是跨国品牌，依照其价值产生过程的不同，原产国可能会包括多个国家。
不同的国家和国际条约对原产国标准（Rules of origin）的认定并不一致。
考古证据表明，大约4,000年前，就有人在商品的包装上注明了产品的生产地点。
