优（日语：優／ゆう Yū，？年10月18日—2017年7月1日），日本漫画家、插画家。出身于爱媛县，生前居住于东京都。女性。
2012年，在《Young Ace》（角川书店／KADOKAWA）同年5月号开始连载漫画版的《狼的孩子雨和雪》。
另外，还负责了从ryo（supercell）企划制作的艺人Tia的出道单曲《Love Me Give Me》（2012年12月19日发售）到第4张单曲《涅槃》（2015年11月25日发售）的CD封套绘制。
