伊藤绿（1969年8月13日—），日本花样滑冰运动员。她是第一位在比赛中成功完成三周半跳（3 Axel）的女运动员，也是从1988-1992奥运周期女子单人滑全面进入三周跳时代起第一位在世锦赛中获得技术分满分的选手。她在1989年世界花样滑冰锦标赛上成为亚洲第一位花样滑冰世界冠军，在1992年冬季奥林匹克运动会上成为亚洲第一位花样滑冰奥运会奖牌获得者。因其对亚洲花样滑冰的卓越贡献，她成为1998年日本长野冬奥会的圣火点燃者。毕业于东海学园女子短期大学家政学科人间关系学系。
