伊萨姆·沙拉夫 (阿拉伯语：عصام عبد العزيز شرف, IPA：[ʕeˈsˤɑːm ʕæbdelʕæˈziːz ʃɑɾˤɑf]，1952年—) 是一名埃及学者和政治家。2004年到2005年曾任埃及运输部长，2011年3月3日到12月7日担任埃及总理。
早年与教育
1952年他生于吉萨[1]。1975年获得开罗大学土木工程专业理学士，后来到美国普渡大学继续深造，并分别于1980年和1984年获得硕士和博士学位[2]。
