伊斯兰国呼罗珊省(英语:Islamic State – Khorasan Province,简称ISIS-K、ISIL–KP、IS-K或ISKP;阿拉伯语:الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام – ولاية خراسان,罗马化:ad-Dawlah al-Islāmiyah fī 'l-ʿIrāq wa-sh-Shām – Wilayah Khorasan[1])自称是伊斯兰国在中亚及南亚的分支,与叙利亚的伊斯兰国领导层有联系,活跃于阿富汗、巴基斯坦西北部、乌兹别克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦等地。呼罗珊是中亚图兰、波斯、阿富汗及巴基斯坦等地的古统称[2]。

该组织成立于2015年,首任领导人哈菲兹·赛义德·汗和大多数成员均自巴基斯坦塔利班运动分裂叛离而出[3][4][5],其势力壮大后,乌兹别克斯坦伊斯兰运动更宣布归附并加入该组织[6]。在阿富汗,呼罗珊省不仅从乡村、而且还从城市中产阶级及大学知识分子之中招募人员,特别针对宗教相关院校或学科的师生,以致在该国有许多伊斯兰学校教师以及该国最大的喀布尔大学学生参与该组织。除来自巴基斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦的圣战者外,该组织的大部分人力均来自挖角而来的前塔利班成员[7]。
