中美洲和加勒比海足球联会（Confederación Centroamericana y del Caribe de Fútbol，英文：Football Confederation of Central America and the Caribbean），简称CCCF，成立于 1938年，曾经是1939年至1961年管理中美洲和加勒比海地区足球运动的管理机构。1961年，中美洲和加勒比海足球联会与北美足球联会合并，成立中北美洲及加勒比海足球协会（CONCACAF）。中美洲和加勒比海足球联会曾经于1941年到1961年主办CCCF锦标赛。
