三甲基氟硅烷

三甲基氟硅烷是一种有机硅化合物,化学式为(CH3)3SiF。它可以在三甲基氰硅烷和氟硼酸钠的反应中生成。[2]它和降冰片基锂反应,可以得到三甲基硅基降冰片烷。[3]
