西提王国（Kingdom of Citynoland）是出现于台湾的一个私人国家，由学生“西提·诺兰德”（City Nonlando）于2006年构想并于2007年独立[1]，宣称该国是一个微型国家，并建立起政府与相关部门。

西提王国主张“去国土化（一个没有边界、没有土地的国家）”，而国家人民资源可以互通有无，迈向一个乌托邦的理想世界。该国于2015年重新开启。
