开放软件基金会（英语：Open Software Foundation，缩写为OSF），一个非营利性组织，目标在于为UNIX操作系统创造一个统一的标准。它根据美国国会在1984年通过的合作发展法案（U. S. National Cooperative Research Act），于1988年创立。
