理查德·莱德（英语：Richard Ryder，1942年8月20日—1995年10月27日）是一位美国演员，于纽约州罗彻斯特出生。
理查德曾饰演过多部电影，包括“虐待”（Abuse）和“永远年轻”（Forever Young）；他亦曾出演过多部电视电影，例如“三人一组”（Threesome）、“湖人队女孩”（Laker Girls）、“闻所未闻的流泪：唐纳·雅克里奇的故事”（Cries Unheard: The Donna Yaklich Story）以及“当黑暗的人呼叫时”（When the Dark Man Calls）。
此外，理查德不但曾经于连续剧星空奇遇记：银河前哨的子集“过去的序章”（Past Prologue）及“巴别塔”（Babel）中饰演以一位贝久人的民意代表外，也曾在剧集“梦想”（Dream On）、“设计女人”（Designing Women）和“五人党”（Party of Five）里饰演嘉宾角色。
