比亚瓦-波德拉斯卡（波兰语：Biała Podlaska [ˈbʲawa pɔdˈlaska] （ⓘ））是波兰的城镇，位于该国东部，由卢布林省负责管辖，面积49.40平方公里，海拔高度125米，2010年人口57,958。第二次世界大战期间，该镇在1939年9月4日遭纳粹德国摧毁。
