古藤千鹤（1982年10月8日—），出生于日本长崎县西彼杵郡长与町，是前日本女子排球运动员，身高169公分，体重60公斤，场上位置为二传。

生涯简介
受到姐姐的影响，古藤在小学二年级时期就开始打球。在长崎女子高校毕业后，辗转加盟姐姐所属的PFU Blue Cats。
2006年开始担任球队的队长，2008-09年度的V.Challenge League中，古藤协助PFU首次夺得年度总冠军，自己也获得了年度MVP。
2009年6月，古藤正式转会至V.Premier League球队 - 久光制药Springs。
2019年6月正式退役。
