前奏曲Op. 28, No. 5为肖邦24首前奏曲中的乐曲，为D大调，非常急速（Allegro molto），3/8拍。
此曲以双手同时弹出一连串的十六分音符，气氛相对明亮但含糊。技巧上左手有着急速的大跳，而不明确的旋律亦藏于十六分音符乐句之中，全曲的音量控制亦为一考验，乃他前奏曲比较艰难的一首。而乐曲最后双手也同时弹出两组和弦作结。
阿尔弗雷德·科尔托将其称为“充满歌曲的树”（L'arbre plein de chants），汉斯·冯·彪罗将其称为“不确定性”（Uncertainty）。[1]
