black box warning

黑框警告（英語：black box warning）是出现在美国某些处方药的包装说明书上的一种警告格式，之所以被称为黑框警告是因为：美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）指定此种药品警示的周围需标注「方框」。FDA可以要求制药公司在处方药的标签或描述它的文献中放置黑框警告。黑框警告在FDA有可能要求的警告
