美国国家医学图书馆

美国国家医学图书馆（英语：The United States National Library of Medicine，NLM），位于马里兰州贝塞斯达，由美国联邦政府经营管理，是世界上最大的医学图书馆^[1]，并设有研究中心。其前身为成立于1836年的美国陆军医务部部长（英语：Surgeon General of the United States Army）美国医务部部长办公室图书馆（英语：Library of the Surgeon General's Office）^[2]。其收藏包括：七百多万本医学和相关学科的书籍、期刊、技术报告、手稿、缩微胶卷、照片和影像，其中包括一些世界上最古老，最稀有作品。
