Pulp (fruit)

鳳梨汁是由鳳梨果肉（英语：Pulp (fruit)）榨出的果汁。在制造过程中，黄梨汁通常是罐装的。 它可直接饮用，也可以混合成冰沙、鸡尾酒、烹饪风味和嫩肉剂（英语：meat tenderizer）。黄梨汁也是凤梨可乐达和tepache（英语：tepache）的主要成分。

當中以巴西的帕拉州、亚马孙州及阿馬帕州，還有哥伦比亚、玻利維亞及秘鲁均有種植。有指非洲的加纳亦有栽種本物種，但未必可信。本物種的果肉（英语：Fruit pulp）在整個中南美洲均有人食用，特別是巴西北部的多個州，也常被用於製作雪糕、能量棒等食物及其他產品。 Fernandez, E.; Moraes
