Counsellors of State

国务顾问（英語：Counsellors of State）是英国王室的高级成员。英国君主可以通过加盖国玺的制诰将王室职能委托给他，以避免君主因病导致公共事务御准延迟或困难，但君主完全丧失行为能力的情况除外；或者君主有意或实际已经离开英国。 国务顾问可以履行“制诰中所规定的王室职能”。
