溪螺科(学名:Amnicolidae)是截螺总科之下的一个科级小型淡水腹足纲软体动物的分类单元,其物种有一个鳃及一个螺厣。

本科从2005年的《布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类》开始被归到玉黍螺类支序[2]。在这之前,本科原是觿螺科之下的一个亚科。
溪螺科原为溪螺亚科,旧属麂眼螺总科。2013年的新分类,所有淡水螺的分类单元从麂眼螺总科独立出来成为截螺总科,本科亦成为了截螺总科的成员。2017年《布歇特等人的腹足类分类》依从这个修订[3]。
根据2005年《布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类》,本科包括三个亚科[2]:
