《提供海军军备法案》（英语：Act to Provide a Naval Armament）又称为《1794年海军法案》（Naval Act of 1794），或简称《海军法案》 ，是指在1794年3月27日时，第3届美国国会批准通过用于建立海军力量的法规，并经总统乔治·华盛顿签署成为法律[1]。美国国会在该法案中授权联邦战争舰队建造六艘巡防舰，总成本为688,888.82美元。这六艘巡防舰是当时美国第一批海军舰艇，并在最终发展成为当前的美国海军的[2]。
