静鞭又称净鞭、鸣鞭，是中国、朝鲜、越南等地一种宫廷仪仗用的鞭，在上朝之前，銮驾仪卫的一名成员会用一条鞭子鞭打三声。告知大臣上朝时刻已到，要保持肃静。
