阿尔莫什（匈牙利语：Álmos；约820年—895年），是匈牙利编年史中记载的匈牙利部落联盟最高首领，在位时间为约850年－约895年。在他统治早期，他似乎曾接受可萨人的宗主权；但在大约860年，匈牙利又与可萨人保持独立。约895年，阿尔莫什被杀于特兰西瓦尼亚。
